About this style of home
Colonial style homes are typically at least two stories high and always have a simple, symmetrical design. The main part of the house has a rectangular look and often includes columns framing the front door, with the same number of windows on either side, evenly spaced. These homes usually have simple, inconspicuous roof and the floorplan usually includes at least one fireplace, sometimes two.
