Ryan Ceballo

Ryan Ceballo is a local girl with New York roots. She's lived in Hampton Roads since she was a child, but the New Yorker in her is strong. She loves big, loud families and the close-knit family culture that considers good friends just part of the family. As your agent you can expect that Ryan will do just that...draw you into her life like you are part of the family.

Ryan spent 8 years in the commercial door and glass business. But after getting married, the process of buying her first house so intrigued her that she got a job as an office manager in a real estate office so she could check things out. After working in that capacity, learning the business helping agents, she knew she wanted to get licensed and go all in. Turns out it was a great decision. Ryan was named Rookie of the Year her first year as an agent! Now it is her goal to give the same great experience she had with her agent to all of her clients.

A kind and generous person by nature, Ryan is often referred to as the glue that holds her friendships together. She is dedicated and loyal and though she's not that old, she has a motherly quality about her that helps people trust her. Buying or selling a home can be one of the biggest, most emotional experiences in life, and Ryan loves to patiently guide her clients through the process with the goal of giving them an experience they will look back on with joy.

Working with first-time home buyers and sellers is close to her heart. "I love guiding them. Being a mentor to them," says Ryan. "I want to help the process go as smoothly as it can." She remembers one client who enlisted her help to sell their house. She advised them to make a few changes to improve the curb appeal and update some issues in the house. By the time they listed, it was on the market for less than a week and under contract and closed within 30 days. "I treat my clients like I would want my mom to be treated. I will look after you like I would look after my own family."

Closing day is one of Ryan's favorite days. She tells her clients to dress like they want to look in pictures because, like a mom on prom night, Ryan is going to be clicking the camera! Ryan is the kind of agent who rejoices with her clients like they are family.

A true coastal girl, Ryan loves warm weather. "It is life!" she laughs. She and her husband Paul love to boat and enjoy the beach life. Chics beach on the bay is where they love to hang out with family and friends. Foodies at heart, they also love to try local restaurants. Coastal Grill and Aldos are two of their favorites, but Ryan is happy to give recommendations to anyone looking for a great place to eat.

Ryan and her husband Paul welcomed their first child this year. This first-time mommy is pretty obsessed with her little man. But don't tell their Beagles Ralphie and Penny. They still think they are their first children.
