Hi there! I'm Krista Janik. I'm a local girl born and raised in Hampton Roads and I know and love my area well. I got into real estate after spending 20 years in the restaurant industry. I created a great network of friends and resources over the years that translates well into my work with real estate clients. I'm one of those people who finds a way to connect with everyone on their level. For me, it's not just about helping you buy or sell a house. I really care about my clients and helping them find what they need. Meeting up with clients and taking them on that house hunt is one of the most exciting parts of my job. Nothing is better than finding "the one".

I'm a super motivated person who wakes up ready to go. Real estate can be a fast-paced business with lots of moving parts to manage. My clients can be confident that I am in their corner and will help them keep all the issues together. My ability to multi-task and keep an eye on the big picture will help me get my clients to their goal.

I'm a mom to a 5-year-old daughter who loves ballet and my 17-year-old son is graduating a year early. These two make me so proud.
