They say, 'If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life.' Jenny Marple has found that to be true. Jenny got her Bachelors' degree in Business from West Virginia University. At the time she had no idea that she would use it to build a business in real estate. But after having a terrible experience with her first real estate agent, and being motivated by her second agent, Jenny decided to give it a go. Ten years later, Jenny would tell you it's the best decision she made. Though it took her 3 months to sell her first house, within 6 months she was named Rookie of the Year for her brokerage.

With a decade under her belt, Jenny loves real estate as much now as when she started. "I like helping people find what they are looking for, whether buying or selling," says Jenny. "Seeing how happy they are makes me happy." Jenny's secret to her success? Just being herself. Clients have consistently told her that she's friendly and easy to open up to. Jenny has a genuine confidence that instills confidence in her clients. She's funny and light hearted while being a competent professional. "I want my clients to trust me so when they come to sign the paperwork, they know they are good to go," says Jenny. She considers herself organized, especially when it comes to keeping her client's paperwork and appointments in order. But she jokes that somehow that hasn't transferred to her laundry skills.

It's important to Jenny to treat all of her clients with the same level of respect and service. She recalls a client a few years ago who was struggling to find representation. Their home was small and in need of repairs, but they really needed to sell. Jenny was willing to help when others had walked away. In the end, she was able to help this couple sell their home. Jenny helped because she had a skill and they had a need. Her compassion and care for her clients is evident in the relationships she maintains after the final papers are signed. Many of her clients become life-long friends. Getting referrals from former clients is one of the biggest compliments she can get.

Jenny is a transplant from West Virginia. She moved to Hampton Roads to marry her best friend's brother. She and her husband Charlie enjoy the beach and boating. They enjoy saltwater and bass fishing. They even get a kick out of noodling. (You'll have to ask Jenny what that is!) They love spending time with their 3 children and Lucy their Husky, grilling out and playing corn hole. They travel to West Virginia as often as possible and love tubing down the rivers there. Science Saturday has become a thing...she enjoys doing silly science experiments with her step-children on the weekends. Through it all Jenny loves to capture the memories with her camera.
