Donna Salas

When Donna Salas decided she wanted to get into real estate, she went all in. This warm, easy-going agent poured her heart into getting licensed and she never looked back. Her love of architecture and houses started at a very early age. She remembers looking at magazines in the grocery store and dreaming about the kind of house she'd like to live in. Her mom noticed her passion and gave her a subscription to a luxury home magazine as a birthday present. A seed was planted.

Donna worked in various sales and management positions before chasing down her dream of becoming an agent. She worked mostly in retail and sales. These experiences helped her refine her people skills. At one point, Donna was a food service manager for AAFES for 4 years. She increased sales by 100% and was awarded the Commander's Coin for her achievement. This same level of excellence can be found in everything Donna does.

As an agent, you can be sure Donna will give you her very best. "I try to go above and beyond for my clients," says Donna. "I try to be available to them as much as possible." Donna is a very dedicated and organized agent. "My favorite part of real estate is when I'm actually showing homes and we find one that doesn't look like it's going to be the one from the outside," says Donna. "But we tour the home and find out it's the perfect fit!" Helping her clients find the right home is the highest reward.

Donna is excited about getting involved in new construction. The first home Donna and her husband Anthony bought was a new construction home and she learned so much through the process. She looks forward to guiding her clients through the exciting task of building a home that meets all their needs and desires.

Donna's parents were first generation immigrants from the Philippines. Donna's father served in the Navy and Hampton Roads became their home when she was 6 yrs old. Growing up in the Hampton Roads area, Donna is very familiar with all the different areas that make up Hampton Roads. She would love to share her knowledge of the local area with her clients as they search for the best place to call home.

Family is very important to Donna. She is mom to four amazing children ages 12, 14, 16, and 17. Their family also includes a Rottweiler and an English Bulldog. Hanging out with her husband and children is one of her favorite things to do. They enjoy traveling, going to movies, and getting sun-kissed at the beach. They also enjoy trying new local restaurants. One of their favorites is 757 Poke in Pembroke Mall. Donna's husband Anthony is a body builder and he has inspired Donna to take up weight lifting. Her love of family motivates her to help others achieve the goal of owning real estate. Home is where memories are made.
