Hi there! I'm Donna and I would love to work with you! My husband and I have enjoyed investing in real estate for many years. I got my real estate license after I lost my job when the Ford Motor company left Hampton Roads. We had enjoyed buying real estate, so I thought it might be fun to get my license. I can't believe I hadn't done it sooner. I love being an agent! I love helping clients find that perfect home. I learned a lot about choosing the best properties for flipping and investing through our own experience. As an agent, I've been able to share that knowledge with clients. Some of the challenges my husband and I have experienced have also helped me understand my clients better. We had to downsize at one point, so when I'm working with clients who are facing short-sales and possible foreclosures, I know how to walk them through the process. But more than that, I understand how they feel. Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make in your life.
