Hi! I'm Danny. I got my start in real estate when I wanted to invest for myself. After doing a few flips and learning more about the industry, I decided to get licensed and start helping other people. I spent 20 years in sales for Verizon. I'm a no pressure kind of guy. What I really want is to provide a service where home buyers and sellers don't get taken advantage of. I am here to represent my clients and to educate them on the real estate process. I've learned some lessons over the years and it's great to be able to share that knowledge with my clients. One of the unique qualities I bring to my clients is a knowledge of construction. When looking at real estate, I can help them avoid buying money pits and share tips about which renovations are worth the investment. I've learned that if you buy right and your margins are right, you are never surprised. I'm big on attention to detail and work to keep the moving parts of the real estate process organized, so my client can trust things are getting done.
