Andrea Finch has a strong background in Customer Service and claims to hardly ever meet a stranger.  She is nothing short of addicted to all-things-houses and loves to help people, which made Real Estate a natural choice for her. After spending a few years as an Executive Assistant, she knew she wasn't built for sitting at a desk all day and decided to get back to her customer service roots by helping people with their Real Estate needs. She loves the challenge of helping guide Buyers in their search for the perfect property, while remaining within their price point. With many strong connections to the Military, Andrea has lots of experience working with VA and first time home buyers. On the selling side, she loves having the opportunity to help people get their home picture and market ready for a quick sale. "Real Estate transactions are a process. They involve lots of decisions and can be stressful at times, I like helping people successfully navigate through that process." 

 Like many in Hampton Roads, Andrea came to this area originally as Military. After her time serving in the Navy, as Active Duty and then Reserves, she knew she wanted to stay and continue to enjoy the many wonderful things South Eastern Virginia has to offer.  Passionate about the state, Andrea proclaims, "Virginia is such a great state, with so much to see and do. You've got everything from beaches to farms to mountains. I love it!"

 

 Andrea and her husband, former long-time Virginia Beach residents, currently reside in Suffolk where they stumbled across an old house with a wrap-around porch they just couldn't pass up. Their home, with parts dating back to the late 1700's, was indeed a "fixer upper" and a massive undertaking for the couple but they have no regrets in their choice. Their loving restoration is a main hobby for the pair, along with enjoying company, good music and food.
