Jamestown does not include land in the advertised price. In this scenario, builders can provide a base sales price for the construction of a particular model regardless of its exact location within Hampton Roads. These model prices do not include any fees generally associated with certain lots, communities and municipalities such as: permits, clearing, developing and connecting utilities; actual costs vary due to numerous factors including parcel location and construction type.

Each lot, neighborhood and city varies in fees assessed for clearing, developing and connecting municipal utilities, so these costs are not included with the price quote to build this type of home model.
