North Shore Construction

The owner of North Shore Construction, LLC, Chris Kanter certainly knows construction. From an early age he knew he wanted to be a builder, and since then has had a career that followed the path of construction. The experience in Chris's career finally culminated in the opening of his own construction company, North Shore Construction, in 1996.

Focusing on quality verses quantity, North Shore builds a selected few homes each year, allowing Chris to maintain personal supervision of construction and stay connected to each client throughout the building process. The families who benefit from his work and personal attention feel blessed by both the process, and the result. Chris currently resides in Norfolk, Virginia with his family. He was born and raised in this community and Norfolk is the location of the majority of his homes. Chris is a member of the East Beach Guild and a featured in builder in Homearama, Hampton Roads.
