Our Preferred Builder
The Simon Classic Series and the Simon Elite Series of custom homes are normally built by Custom Home Builders of Virginia, LLC, of which Brian Simon and Kenton McClung are owner/agents. Some models and locations will be built through our outstanding network of Class A licensed contractors. These builders will be held to the same standards and expectations as are upheld by Custom Home Builders of Virginia, LLC.
