Most of our clients do not bring a single dollar to the closing of their home; it ends up being no money out of pocket. Some of our clients prefer to put money down, but it's usually optional. We will go above and beyond to get you exactly what you're looking for. If what we're finding doesn't quite match up with your wish list, we'll shoot straight with you and help you adjust the details to make sure we are still accomodating the most important features!
Because of Brian's partial ownership interest in Custom Home Builders of VA, LLC, we are offering a specific discount incentive program to our clients. Provided that the right home for you is a Custom Renovated Home, or a New Construction Home owned by Custom Home Builders of VA, LLC, your new home will qualify for a 50 inch flat screen television, professionally installed. Need a car, debt reduction, or a privacy fence?
Most of the time, Custom Home Builders of Virginia has homes in inventory that qualify to give you $5,000 towards which option you might choose. If you do choose a car, our company has access to dealer auctions to purchase wholesale, and we'll personally pick out your car for you when you close on your new home!*

*To qualify for the car, or $5,000 toward something else, ask us about available homes that qualify. We also need to know in advance if you plan on using a real estate agent who is not affiliated with our team. Your home will probably still qualify, but we need to coordinate the details with an outside agent up front.
This program is limited to VA Eligible clients and complies with the Veterans Administration guidelines 100%. Unfortunately, most conventional loans do not allow the seller to provide such an opportunity to their buyers. If a car is chosen, the buyer is responsible for Virginia Car Taxes, License, Tags, and Processing Fee.
