"I am a new resident of VA, having resided in NJ all of my life. When I moved here I was very interested, but concerned, with purchasing a house (for the first time) in a foreign area to me. Prior to meeting Rhonda, I was practically left in the 'water to drown' by a realtor from a different organization. I was lucky that I had not signed any paperwork, and grateful to God that soon after, Rhonda had been referred to me by a fellow church member. I was ecstatic to meet her but also very skeptical as a result of my prior encounter.
